The Founder

Vaibhav is a seeker, a guide, and a lifelong student of inner transformation. After spending years in the pursuit of success in the external world, he realized that true fulfilment cannot be found outside, it must be discovered within. This realization marked the beginning of his silent inner journey.
Vaibhav has dedicated many years to studying ancient Indian sciences, exploring yogic scriptures, breathwork traditions, and meditative disciplines preserved by saints and masters. His personal practice is deeply rooted in the teachings of Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, a timeless scripture where Lord Shiva reveals 112 techniques of meditation and conscious breathing practical methods to awaken awareness and experience inner freedom.
Guided by lived experience rather than theory, Vaibhav has helped individuals struggling with stress, anxiety, emotional imbalance, and inner chaos, teaching them the art of returning to the self — through breath, silence, and inner observation. Swa Yatra was born from his vision to make powerful ancient knowledge accessible to modern minds without religion, without complexity, and without seeking validation from outside.
